Andy Schaidler and I have volunteered together on the board of directors for NEWH, Inc for many years. I have had the pleasure of working with Andy in two different positions, primarily in the planning of events including our Regional Tradeshows and Leadership Conference. In a volunteer organization it is difficult to find people with not only a passion to serve but a dedication to getting the job done and doing it in the most effective and efficient way. Andy is one of those people.

In addition to clearly being a valued employee in the hospitality industry, Andy is a valued member of our NEWH team. Andy brings a wealth of knowledge, decisive opinions and informed input to the hospitality industry on every level of involvement.

As both Director of Tradeshows and Director of NEWH Conferences ... you can always count on Andy and know the job will be done and done well. In the world of volunteers, this is not always the case.
