Condado Vanderbilt is a legendary hotel in the Carribean, designed originally by Warren and Whitmore - one of the foremost New York architectural firms of the 1900's - for the same Vanderbilt family who commissioned New York’s Biltmore, Commodore and Ambassador Hotels in the early 1900's. Warren and Whitmore also designed Grand Central Station.

Here’s a look at the thinking behind the bar, playlist, tabletops, menu, hostess desk, and everything else you see, hear, taste, and smell.
