Andy Schaidler and I have volunteered together on the board of directors for NEWH, Inc for many years. I have had the pleasure of working with Andy in two different positions, primarily in the planning of events including our Regional Tradeshows and Leadership Conference. In a volunteer organization it is difficult to find people with not only a passion to serve but a dedication to getting the job done and doing it in the most effective and efficient way. My experience with Andy Schaidler is from his serving on the NEWH International Board of Directors. As both Director of Tradeshows and Director of NEWH Conferences ... you can always count on Andy and know the job will be done and done well. In the world of volunteers, this is not always the case. Andy was my sales manager, but so much more than that. He's organized and provides the level of attention and customer service that you don't always find in this business. He was so efficient with information and followup on quotes, stock requests, orders, and damage control.
